Michigan

  • We partner with the Antrim Community Church in Bellaire, MI with Pastor David Hiser. We come alongside Pastor Hiser to assist with Vacation Bible School at his church. We also take that Vacation Bible School curriculum to the Peshabeestown Native American Reservation in Sutton Bay, MI to serve that people group. The agenda is always flexible with Pastor Hiser as he likes to go as the Spirit leads him with this ministry.
  • Where: Bellaire, MI and Sutton Bay, MI
  • When: Dates are TBD. Pastor Hiser sets the dates for the Mission Trip
  • Who: Anyone and everyone is welcome. We have had people from 12-70+ years of age on the Team and we actually make it happen somehow. There has always been a sweet camaraderie with the Team as we gather around the Name of Jesus and proclaim the gospel message. No specific talents are required; we do some bible teaching, some scripture memorization, a little bit of drama and skits. If you are good with kids, it is a BIG plus. Do be prepared to have your heart stolen though; you will get attached to these kids... :)
  • Why: There is a need. Antrim Community Church is a small congregation and they appreciate the assistance from their family church in Alabama.
  • Cost: Our travel expenses have been taken care of by the church so there is no out of pocket expenses. If you want to buy some souvenirs that is on your own.
