Time for the supplements
Why do we need supplements? Supplements are often micro- nutrients or macro-nutrients that are needed to help maximize the work and discipline we put in to be fit or healthy. Supplements are, without a doubt, one of the most important aspects of a bodybuilder's arsenal. It is perfectly fine to have an amazing workout routine, but if your diet and supplement routines fail, your results will be compromised. Often, supplements are the difference between good results, and great results. Using them to augment your workouts will provide a person with the assurance that they are maximizing their potential fitness goals. Now, take this information and apply it to spiritual supplements or supplements that aid your faith or spiritual growth. This alone will bring a greater understanding of 2 Peter 1:5-10. My brothers and sisters I cannot accurately stress how important this message is in relation to being men and women of faith.
